Being a mentor doesn't just involve quoting scriptures or talking about the Bible; it's more about just being a friend and giving encouragement and advice when needed. You don't have to have a theological background to become a mentor; just as long as you are strong in your faith and you walk-the-talk! Northwest Leadership Institute is offering a Discipleship Training class this year.
