The Highway City Thrift Store allows people to serve the less fortunate by volunteering their time and gifts or by donating their 'slightly used' items.  Those in need can either purchase quality merchandise at affordable prices or participate in their Work-for-Food/Clothes program, which allows them the option to work and receive as payment the items they need.
