Addams Elementary - Saturday Sports
What do you get when you combine 100 elementary kids, silly games, sports, crafts and a Bible lesson? Saturday Sports at Addam's Elementary school. Join us every Saturday from 9 to 11am for Saturday Sports. This exciting ministry happens every Saturday during the school year. It's a total blast and an easy way to serve the community. Come on out and play basketball, soccer, baseball and silly games with kids of all ages. It's a fun and safe environment for the neighborhood kids and a great opportunity to share the love of Jesus. Come check it out!

Addams Elementary - Classroom Volunteer
We have an immediate need for Kindergarten volunteers.
Teachers at Addams do not have aides and parent participation does not meet the needs there. You pick the grade, the day, and the time. You'll find a grateful teacher and a classroom of children that will thrive on the extra TLC.
- Bless teachers and staff at Addams with notes of encouragement
- Surprise teachers and staff with lunch or coffee & goodies
- Work Projects such as neighborhood clean-ups, simple home repairs and yard work assistance

CARE Fresno
CARE Fresno offers after school tutoring and assistance in a structured environment in a neighborhood targeted by Mayor Ashley Swearingen. We're looking for people who want to help kids with homework, sports, reading, games after school Monday through Thursday. We have games and tutoring supplies but we need caring adults to pitch in and come hang with these kids.

GAP Ministries
An outreach program where small groups and individuals can bless the elderly.
- Visit a senior in a nursing home
- Adopt a nursing home - send birthday cards to the residents
- Lead a Bible study for those who can not attend a regular service

Valley Teen Ranch
- Bless the kids at the ranch with home baked cookies
- Landscaping - staking trees, trimming bushes, mowing, fixing sprinklers and drip (Equipment and supplies are provided)
- Replace Fence - Steel posts and chicken wire, materials supplied.
- Wash exterior windows at the Shaw Ave office
- Interior painting - at the Transitional House located by Fashion Fair

World Impact
Children's Bible Club meets on Monday afternoons in the Hidalgo neighborhood (4th and Belmont), and in other communities and times during the summer.
Cookie Bakers - Our club kids look forward to treats at Bible Club. For some, this is the only place they get to have home-baked goodies. If you like baking, we would love to give out your cookies at club.
Teen Mentors - Mentors with a love for teenagers are needed who have a desire to help them find self-worth and identity as God's children. They spend one to two hours a week with a teen building a discipleship relationship and studying God's Word together.
Sonshine Thrift Store
- Sort items at least one Tuesday a month 7:30am to 11:30am
- Help with running the store at least one week day a month 9:30am to 2:00pm
- Help with Super Saturday sales, 2nd Saturday of month 8:30am 12:30pm
- Donate clothing, household items and furniture
Summer Staff - In addition to neighborhood Bible clubs, and teen swim outreaches, we take inner-city children, teens, and families to camp at The Oaks, World Impact's conference center at Lake Hughes, just north of Los Angeles. College students with a heart to serve in the city can apply for summer staff. This is great hands-on experience for those who want to explore urban ministry. Summer staffers raise money to cover expenses ($100 for each week of service).

Youth For Christ
City Life Clubs - families are encouraged to come and participate with the YFC staff at Friday Nights City Life Club.
- Come hang out with the city kids
- Provide a meal for Club
- Financially cover the costs for an activity planned at City Life Clubs
