why membership?

We all long for connection. That's the way God wired us as human beings, to belong to something bigger than ourselves. If you don't believe it, think of all the places you have membership. Do you have an iTunes or twitter account, a gym membership or a Facebook page? You identify yourself with these groups. You belong to them. Ok, so maybe buying music or posting an update does not fill our deepest longing for connection, but you get the point. We all belong to something.

When you become a member of Northwest Church you are saying, "I'm a part of this group of believers, I support what they are doing, and I want you to know that I'm a part of the team." We know that membership it's not something to take lightly, so we put together Starting Point.  This is a half-day class led by Pastor Will and is held quarterly. Learn more.
