Frequently asked questions about giving at Northwest Church
Q: How do I get started with online giving?
A: Just click on Secure Give and you'll be redirected to our safe and secure site for online giving. If you do not have a password for Secure Give, you will have to select one. Go to New User or Forgot Password and follow the instructions.
Q: Can I use a credit or debit card?
A: Yes. Either card may be used.
Q: Can I set up recurring donations?
A: Yes. Just click here and you'll be redirected to Secure Give and you can get started. Follow the prompts. Once you enter your information, you are given the option of a one-time donation or a recurring donation. Select recurring and follow the instructions. You can also do this from your smart phone.
Q: Can I update the frequency or amount of my donation?A: Absolutely. That can be done through our web page or your smart phone using the same information as your original donation, but when it comes to the donation amount or duration, you enter the new amount or the new date range.
Q: May I just try this once?
A: Certainly. If you want some hands-on instruction on using the kiosk, just come by the church office during office hours. If you need help using the Secure Give portion of our web page, you can also come by the office, email us or call and we will walk you through it.
Q: When is my donation charged to my account?
A: Your donation goes into the Secure Give site and the Northwest Church web site immediately. Normally it is debited within 24 hours, but the donation is instantly put on hold in your account until it is processed. However, you will need to check with your service provider to find out when that donation will be charged to your credit or debit account.
Q: Will my contributions be reflected on my annual giving statement?
A: Yes. Your contributions given through our web page or the kiosk or at the church are recorded in our computer accounting program and credited to your account. All contributions will be shown on your statement. You will also get a receipt at the kiosk, and a message to the e-mail address you used to register.
Q: What if I change banks?
A: If you are using a credit card for your online giving there will be no change. If your using a debit card, you will have to re-register with your new information.
Q: How do I get help if I still need it?
A: Call us: Give us a call at 435-2200 and Darrell or Carol can assist you.

A: Come on by: the church office is open on Sunday from 8am to 12pm and Monday through Thursday from 9am and 4pm.
