Shining Star Preschool

Shining Star Preschool is designed for children who are three (by December 2^nd) to five years of age. We provide opportunities for your child to explore, wonder, question, create, and play while engaging in age appropriate learning activities. We utilize a “theme based/letter of the week” curriculum that is reinforced in our various learning centers. We also incorporate and present sign language to the children.

We believe that a child learns through play. Our goal is to meet each child’s needs in five important areas: spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical. Activities such as creative arts, math concepts, language development, science exploration, cooking, singing & creative movement, dramatic play, bible stories & songs, and prayer are all part of our day together.

We strive to promote the development of the whole child, as we encourage positive self-esteem and individuality, while fostering respect for others and the world around us.
