There's really no way around it...

We all experience difficulties. Sometimes it's a relationship that needs our attention, sometimes it's pain from our past, or poor health in our present. Stress. Divorce. Death. Unemployment. Finances. We could go on, but you get the point. If you're in a season of difficulty, we want you to know that it won't last forever and you don't have to handle it by yourself.

Here are some ways that we can help you.

Let's start with prayer

• Prayer changes things. We have a dedicated team of men and women that take your prayer requests very seriously. Just fill out the prayer request here and it will be emailed to team. Don't worry, we keep all prayer requests confidential and we will not contact you unless you specifically ask us to get in touch. Submit a prayer request.

Contact a pastor

• Life happens outside of normal operating hours. We want you to know that every hour of every day we have a pastor on call that you can talk to. Start by calling the church office at 559-435-2200. If it's after hours PLEASE stay on the line until our answering service picks up. They will connect you with one of our pastors. If the matter is not urgent - feel free to use the Pastor email list to shoot them a message. Thanks.

Counseling Center

• Free Biblical counseling is available. Learn more.

DivorceCare

• Meet with caring people who offer encouragement and practical help for those dealing with the reality of divorce. Learn more.

DivorceCare for Kids

• A program designed for your kids ages 5-12 who meet at the same time as parents.

GriefShare

• A national program combing video seminars and small groups discussion that help you through the loss of a loved one. Learn more.

Hospital Visits

• Need encouragement and support? If you would like someone to visit you (or your loved one) in the hospital, please call the office right away. Even if it's after hours, stay on the line and our exchange will assist you with getting in touch with the Pastor-on-call. The office number is 559-435-2200.

Funerals

• Northwest church is available for funerals and memorial services in our Chapel or Sanctuary. Obviously this is a tough time for you and we'll try to make it as easy as possible to schedule services and receptions for you to honor your family member.
